Want to maximize your real estate potential? Participate in the hotel rental pool!

Participating owners place their suite into the hotel's pool of rentable units. A point value is assessed to each suite set based on the size and location of the unit. Revenues are then shared amongst the participating owners regardless of whether their suite has been occupied, and distributed based on each suites proportionate share. Owners who are in the pool can still stay in their suite whenever they wish.
