  • In order to receive clubONE perks, a guest MUST register for the clubONE program online by visiting www.clubone.ca
  • Online Travel Agent reservations such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Booking.com, Priceline, Hotwire do not qualify for calculation towards clubONE status.
  • Extended Stay reservations for 7 or more consecutive nights qualify for calculation towards clubONE status at 50% (ie. 30 night reservations would count as 15 nights
  • Extended stay reservations of 30 nights or more will earn status at the end of the contracted stay.
  • Complimentary reservations do not qualify
  • House Use reservations do not qualify.
  • Friends & Family reservations do not qualify.
  • Owner reservations do not qualify.
  • Special promotional rates such as Groupon, or Travel Agent rates do not qualify for clubONE status.
  • clubONE points cannot be earned on group stays
  • clubONE status is non transferable (ie. Reservations can not be made for another guest under clubONE guests name & have name changed upon check in)
  • clubONE points are non transferable
  • clubONE status cannot be shared amongst spouses. Each guest must have their own guest title and status is calculated independently.
  • Status is calculated and updated at the end of each stay, not during stay.
  • clubONE status is calculated on a calendar year basis for seating in program for following year. Status is effective immediately at the end of stay. For example, if a guest reaches 30 qualified nights after their stay in September, they would be a Platinum member for the remainder of that year, as well as for the following full calendar year. If, within that following year, they do not stay with us for 30 qualified nights, then their status would be re-seated in the program at the appropriate qualified level.
  • clubONE status is updated on the clubONE.ca website at the end of each month.
  • Additional rates & packages may not qualify for clubONE Status.
  • SHARES – Status and points earned for reservations where two guests are sharing a room, both clubONE member, the points will be assigned to one clubONE member only.
  • Points earned are assigned to the guest staying in the hotel, not the person making the reservation.
  • clubONE benefits are restricted to registered clubONE members only.
  • Platinum members’ Free Weekend Vouchers are emailed to each Platinum guest between January and February of the new year. If you become a clubONE Platinum member in September, you will receive your Free Weekend Stay Voucher in January/February of the following year.
