As a member of the Hotel Rental Pool program, you have the opportunity to earn income whenever you are not using your condo… even when it is unoccupied. Condo units in the Hotel Rental Pool are made available to guests by our experienced hotel management team for short and long-term rentals. All aspects of the program are cared for by the Hotel, including the use of sophisticated revenue management tools that ensure your unit’s income is always maximized.

BOOST YOUR INCOME RISK-FREE

A point value is attributed to each unit based on its size and location. Proportional monthly revenues are then allocated to you based on availability of your condo in the Hotel Rental Program, regardless of the number of days that your unit is occupied.

 

AVOID THE “LANDLORD” BURDEN

Our experienced Hotel Management team will manage all short and long term rentals on your behalf. The Hotel also proactively manages all ongoing maintenance and immediately deals with any guest issues that may arise (day or night).

QUALIFY FOR PERIODIC CONDO RENOVATIONS

The longer you are in the program, the more credit your condo earns toward One King West’s periodic refurbishments and renovations.

Provided your condo isn’t being currently occupied by a guest*, you can still use your suite as a home away from home.
