Hotel Entrances

One King West Hotel & Residence features two ground-level entrances for guest use, situated on the North and South ends of the building.

Melinda Entrance

The primary entrance, known as the Melinda Entrance, is located on Melinda Street at the southern end of the building. It is accessible 24/7 and is directly beside our Valet Parking Services. It also accommodates individuals requiring wheelchair access.

King Entrance

The secondary entrance, known as the King Entrance, is located on King Street at the northern end of the building. Doors remain closed from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. daily. During these hours, guests are advised to use the Melinda Entrance for access. To reach the hotel, proceed towards Yonge St, take a right around the hotel building, and then make a second right onto Melinda St to reach the main entrance.

    At One King West

    Valet parking is located at the Melinda Street Entrance to the hotel.

    Valet parking rates are:

    Overnight Rate: $60 + HST  (In/out privileges. Must be a registered guest.)
    3-Hour Rate: $45 + HST (Available 8 am – 4 pm. No in/out privileges.)
    $10 each additional hour. The overnight rate applies after 7:00 PM.

    Please note that we are unable to accommodate oversized vehicles, and parking spots are limited. Vehicles must be under 6’ 2” high, and/or 16’ long, and/or 8′ 2″ wide. For additional information, please contact our reservations department at 1-866-470-5464.

  • Offsite Self-Parking

    Off-site Self-Parking is located at 18 Wellington Street West, which is approximately 200 meters by car from One King West. One King West Guests receive a 10% discount off the parking rates when parking is booked in advance through the Indigo Parking Portal. Please note that to receive the 10% discount, parking must be booked one hour prior to entering the parking facility. No in/out privileges.

    18 Wellington Street West is located approximately 50 meters west of Yonge Street on the north side of Wellington Street West. Wellington Street is a one-way street running east to west.

King Subway Station

Approx. 1 min by walking

If visitors plan to take the subway back to their respective hotels, Toronto’s King Street Subway Station is just a few steps from our door. From Toronto’s King Subway Station to the hotel, it is approximately a one-minute walk from the PATH or to the main entrance. The station also handily provides Wi-Fi service in case additional directions are needed.

Here are accessible VIA Rail trains for trips across Ontario, Canada, or connections to USA, GO commuter train service for travel throughout the Greater Toronto Region, Ontario and the Niagara Region and UP Express to Toronto Pearson International Airport.

    If visitors plan to arrive by plane at Toronto Pearson Airport, UP Express, the new train connecting Toronto’s Union Station to Pearson Airport is a quick and efficient way to reach our destination. One King West Hotel & Residence is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Union Station and accessible from the PATH: visitors can reach us in a 25 minutes ride on the UP Express and then access the PATH through Union Station. UP Express also provides Wi-Fi connection in case additional directions are needed.
