Valet Parking

Valet parking is available at our Melinda Street entrance. Please note, valet parking is available for our guests, on a first come, first served basis. If our valet lot is full, or you choose to park your vehicle, discounted self-parking is available at Brookfield Place parking garage located nearby.

Valet parking is available at the following rates:

  • $45.00 overnight (with in/out privileges), valid until check out time of 11am.
  • $35.00 3 hour visitor rate. 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No in and out privileges. Maximum of 3 hours. $5 each additional hour. Overnight rate applies after 7:00 PM.

Please be advised that due to physical limitations of our on site parking facilities, we are unable to accommodate oversized vehicles. For further details please contact our reservations department at 1-866-470-5464.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Monday – Friday Daytime-Evening (6:00PM or later) arrival:
• $7.50 until 11AM the next day

Saturday – Sunday Arrivals (11AM or later) arrival:
• $7.50 until 11AM the next day

* Please note: You must obtain a discount voucher from the Front Desk to be used when departing the garage. Guests that self-park on the weekend and are checking out on Monday must remove their vehicle from the garage by 11:00AM to avoid the $45.00 day rate that kicks into effect at 11:00AM. This is in addition to the previous day’s rate.

Location and Accessibility of One King West
