This promotion must be booked directly on the hotel website or with the hotel reservations team. It is subject to availability, cannot be combined with any other offer, and does not include applicable taxes. All reservations require a credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. No deposit is required—free cancellation up to 12 PM the day prior to arrival. A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. A $250 security deposit with a valid credit card is required at check-in.
* Hotel guests will be responsible for booking their own appointments directly with Elmwood Spa on 416-977-6751. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and will be subject to spa availability. Policies for booking appointments, cancellations, check-in, and spa etiquette are outlined on The Company’s website and are subject to change without prior written notice (www.elmwoodspa.com). Gift vouchers must be presented by guests at the time of payment to avoid any additional charges. Guests must be prepared to present their physical or digital ID at the time of check-out to ensure that their voucher is applied. Vouchers will be retained by the Guest Service Team at Elmwood Spa for reconciliation and invoicing purposes. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
